Wild Bay Kombucha is a kombucha brewery based in Baltimore, Maryland. Founded in 2015 by three friends, Sergio, Adam, and Sid, Wild Bay began as a small operation brewing kombucha out of a juice shop. The company quickly gained popularity, leading to its products being stocked in over 900 stores across nine states.
In 2015, Whole Foods picked up Wild Bay Kombucha, prompting the founders to quit their jobs and focus on the business full-time. Over the years, Wild Bay expanded rapidly, moving to larger facilities to accommodate growing demand. By 2019, the company had outgrown its 4,000 square foot brewery and relocated to a 13,000 square foot facility in Northwest Baltimore.
Wild Bay Kombucha is known for its naturally carbonated, organic juice-infused kombucha, offering a variety of unique flavors. The company is also committed to giving back, supporting the Chesapeake Bay Foundation with a portion of its sales to help protect the Chesapeake Bay watershed and its ecosystems.
